These instructor-led Live Zoom trainings are designed for California RCFE caregivers, ARF caregivers, direct care staff, family caregivers, and individuals interested in strengthening their professional caregiving knowledge and skills.
No. This training is open to current caregivers, direct care staff, family caregivers, and individuals interested in learning caregiving skills or preparing for employment in the caregiving field.
No prior caregiving experience is required unless otherwise specified for a particular training. Participants are expected to actively participate in the live training and comply with Adsylo Academy’s attendance requirements to be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.

This is live instructor-led Zoom training conducted in real time. Participants attend the scheduled training with a live instructor and have the opportunity to participate in a dedicated Q&A session at the end of class.
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Your Zoom meeting link and joining instructions will be emailed approximately three (3) days before your scheduled training.
Yes. Reminder emails will be sent before your scheduled training to help ensure you are prepared.
Simply click the Zoom meeting link included in your email and join approximately 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow time to test your audio and video.
Participants should have a reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone capable of running Zoom. A speaker or headset is recommended for the best learning experience.
For the best audio quality, participants will be muted during the presentation. Questions may be submitted using the Zoom Chat throughout the training and will be addressed during the dedicated Q&A session at the end of class.
Yes. Participants whose attendance is successfully verified during the live training will receive a Certificate of Completion via email by the end of the training day.
Attendance is verified during the live Zoom training. Participants must attend and meet the attendance requirements to be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion.
Yes. Individual registration and facility group registration options are available. Group pricing is offered for organizations registering multiple caregivers.
No. Specialized Live Caregiver Training sessions are sold separately from the Adsylo Academy Caregiver Membership.
Yes. Family caregivers are welcome to register. This training provides practical caregiving knowledge that can benefit both professional and home caregivers.
To provide the best learning experience, participant questions are reserved for a dedicated Q&A session at the end of the training. We encourage participants to write down their questions throughout the session.
No. Live training sessions are not recorded or distributed after the session. This helps encourage participation and protects the learning experience for all attendees.
Unless otherwise noted, all training dates and times are listed in Pacific Time (PT).
Due to the limited seating and live instructor-led nature of our training, all registrations are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, please notify Adsylo Academy as soon as possible. Requests received at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled training may be transferred one (1) time to another available training date at no additional cost, subject to availability of future training dates.
Requests received less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled training, or failure to attend without prior notice, are not eligible for a refund or complimentary transfer.
Once a registration has been transferred to a new training date, no additional complimentary transfers will be permitted.
